Applications for tables that are political or religious in nature will not be accepted. This is a vending fair. Any table with either will be asked to leave. Thank you.
The Greater Sayville Chamber of Commerce will be hosting their annual Summer festival on August 2nd, 3rd and 4th of 2024. The festival will take place outdoors and will encompass the entire downtown Sayville area. This is an extensively advertised event which draws very large crowds. We would like to invite you to join our artists and craftspeople in an exhibition and sale of their work as part of the Summer Festival. Accepted applications will be contacted via email no later than July 29th, 2024.
The following are the Festival guidelines:
If you are a PARK vendor, you must arrive NO LATER THAN 11 a.m. on Friday, August 2, 2024. You will be able to drive onto the field and unload on-site, the earlier you get there, the easier it will be for you. You must be set up by 3pm. Selling starts between 3pm and 4pm.
- Booths MUST be set up by 3:00 PM on Friday and showtime is 4 PM
- Booths MUST be set up by 8:30 AM and showtime is 9:30 AM on Saturday and Sunday
- Outdoor space dimensions are 10 x 10.
IF YOU ARE NOT SET UP BY THE TIME ABOVE, YOU WILL HAVE TO PARK AND WALK YOUR THINGS TO YOUR BOOTH – NO EXCEPTIONS
Limited electricity available so bring lighting. You are solely responsible for providing extension cords, lighting equipment, etc. We do have overnight security that will be on the premises. While this is no guarantee of theft or vandalism, we make every effort to ensure that your property is safe and secure.
This is an OUTDOOR event. Due to the size and nature of the event, weather conditions are monitored by officials. If it is determined that inclement weather is passing the event will continue as planned. It is IMPERATIVE that all vendors bring tarps or other materials to protect their merchandise as temporary unpleasant conditions may prevail. It is your responsibility to protect your wares.
*Two photos will be requested, along with the application payment. One photo should show an example of your work and the other should be of your display booth. INSURANCE IS REQUIRED.
The Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to request the removal of any work it deems objectionable for any reason. No political items may be sold. Your official resale certificate must be on display at all times during the festival. Spaces are limited and are working on a first come – first serve basis according to the application date. Your immediate response will be in your best interest, and your space designation will follow at a later date. There are NO REFUNDS for any reason once the committee accepts your application for a spot. Please bring confirmation of the assigned space with you. Without it, you may not get into your space. VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVING ALL BOXES AND GARBAGE EACH DAY
Please Note: We reserve the right to remove any vendor with a political motive or religious in nature.
NO dogs will be allowed in the park.

Spots will be assigned and emailed a few days prior to the event. There are no guaranteed spots but we will do our best to accommodate past vendors.
