The Greater Sayville Chamber of Commerce will be hosting their annual Summer Festival on August 7th, 8th and 9th of 2026. The festival will take place outdoors and will encompass the entire downtown Sayville area. This is an extensively advertised event that draws very large crowds. We would like to invite all Chamber members and businesses on Main Street, South Main Street and Railroad Avenue to set up a booth in front of your business on Saturday, August 8 as part of the Summer Festival for a low cost. Accepted applications will be contacted via email no later than July 25th, 2026 - NO EXCEPTIONS.

The following are the Festival guidelines:

Setup can start as early as 7:00 AM
Booths MUST be set up by 8:00 AM and showtime is 9:30 AM on Saturday. Please unload and park vehicle.
The fee is:
Non profit chamber members $125,
Main Street and other chamber members $150,
Non chamber members $175,
Restaurant $175 two 10x10 spaces.
Outdoor space dimensions are 10 x 10.
Spaces will be as close to the front of your business as possible
PLEASE NOTE: Any food or drink prohibited unless you are a Restaurant and alcohol can only be sold inside or ordered by waiter/waitress and served to customers in corralled area. NO EXCEPTIONS. SLA, DOH and TOI regulations. Thank you

This is an OUTDOOR event. Due to the size and nature of the event, weather conditions are monitored by officials. If it is determined that inclement weather is passing the event will continue as planned. It is IMPERATIVE that everyone should bring tarps or other materials to protect their merchandise as temporary unpleasant conditions may prevail. It is your responsibility to protect your wares.

*You must be the chamber member and it must be your own store's own merchandise. No substitute vendors. No food or drink can be sold unless you are a restaurant or an approved food vendor and you are pre-approved by the Chamber.

RESTAURANTS/FOOD INDUSTRY MUST FOLLOW SUFFOLK COUNTY DOH REGULATIONS, AND ALCOHOL CAN ONLY BE SOLD WITHIN YOUR ESTABLISHMENT

The Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to request the removal of any items it deems objectionable for any reason. Your official resale certificate must be on hand at all times during the festival. There are NO REFUNDS for any reason once the committee accepts your application for a spot.

Please Note: This is for your business ONLY, the merchandise at your table MUST be merchandise from your business. We reserve the right to remove any political or religious or controversial items.

I, the undersigned show participant, have read the above terms and conditions. I agree that any misrepresentation or violation will result in immediate ejection from the show without reimbursement of any fee paid.
I also agree to maintain my booth in a clean and tidy manner. I will remove all trash and debris from my booth space after the event. Accepting entry into this show as an exhibitor constitutes an agreement that I will take no legal action against the above parties for any reason whatsoever, and further, I accept full responsibility for any action which I may take during the show that might cause damage or injury to the park, Town of Islip trustee lands, or to any person attending the festival.
