Food Vendor applications or inquiries MUST go to gscc@sayvillechamber.com first.
Springfest is from 11:00 – 4:00 PM

CHAMBER MEMBERS
– Make your table fun and spring like for the kids and families.
– Set up can start as early as 7:30 am only when roads are officially closed and all must be must be set up by 10 am (festival starts at 11am and we need to do the walkthru) please drop items off at your store spot on the side of the road to avoid blocking the street and park as soon as you have dropped off items.
– No food or drinks or candy in any form can be distributed according to Dept. Of Health Regulations UNLESS you are on our list of food vendors and restaurants
– Political, religious or any offense items are prohibited and will be removed at the chambers discretion
– 10 x 10 space. Only canopies allowed with weights for legs
– Must supply your own tables and chairs
– Breakdown cannot take place until 4pm (permit rules) and needs to be finished by 5pm. You must pull your vehicles over to the side to avoid blocking Main Street.
– ALL GARBAGE AND CARDBOARD MUST BE BAGGED AND YOU MUST TAKE WITH YOU (you will not be considered for next event if you do not take it with you)
– NO REFUNDS will be given
OUTSIDE VENDORS & NON CHAMBER MEMBERS
– Vendor insurance is required. (ACT Vendor Insurance has short event insurance for low cost)
– A picture of your table and wares is required upon request

– You will receive your spot location 3 days before via email
